16 November 2012: ROOS RISING - T1 IS UP!

Roos Wind Farm has seen some exciting progress this week with the erection of the first of nine turbines.

T1 was completed on Thursday 15th November after a few days of high wind. The bottom tower sections for 7 of the turbines are now standing and most of the components for these have been received on site. The remaining mid and top tower sections will be delivered as each turbine is scheduled to be erected. The two turbines furthest into the site will be constructed last in the programme.
