FIRST PROJECTS BENEFIT FROM COMMUNITY FUND

There is no shortage of projects seeking support from the Roos Wind Farm Community Benefit Fund. The first round of £36,000 was allocated in February 2015, with grants varying from £645 for new training equipment requested by Roos Juniors Football Club to £12,000 for Halsham Village Hall to undertake essential repairs.

Other successful applicants in the first round of funding included Burton Pidea Memorial Hall, All Saints Church, Roos and Roos Playing Fields Association.
